Our registrar and transfer agent (RTA) services are designed specifically for companies in the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, particularly those with low volume investor private equity, family funds, and non-complex funds and securities.

We have a proven track record of providing a range of RTA services, including conducting investor AML/KYC in accordance with regulatory requirements and maintaining required records, such as those related to investor verification and identification. We also create investor transaction reports and accept and process approved investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and other interests. As needed, we issue periodic statements to investors and also issue and cancel certificates.
