Gregory Kourra is the head of finance for our BVI and Europe operations. He brings 20 years of experience in accounting and finance across various sectors and is responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple regions.
He has a strong foundation in financial analysis, cash management, and regulatory compliance, and specialises in maintaining financial transparency and optimising cash flow. His role focuses on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic oversight of our regional financial practices.
Gregory began his finance career in 2019 during the acquisition of a newly integrated entity, where he acted as the financial bridge between the parent company and the acquired business. In this pivotal role, he helped align reporting structures, enhance communication, and integrate financial operations.
Prior to his current leadership role, he spent seven years as an auditor at Consulco, gaining deep expertise in financial reporting, risk assessment, and compliance. He then transitioned into property management accounting, where he spent two years refining his skills in cost control, real estate finance, and financial oversight.
