Prior to joining Harneys Fiduciary, Jaron was a member of our Cayman Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring team, and had a particular focus on shareholder appraisal litigation. His clientele included insolvency practitioners, international financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, shareholders and directors. Jaron's previous experience includes working for over ten years in Cayman’s financial services industry at many levels of seniority, as well as five years at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). At CIMA, Jaron gained extensive experience and strong working knowledge of the Cayman Islands regulatory regime, and techniques for auditing and inspecting financial service providers. He also has experience dealing with financial regulators in various jurisdictions.
Jaron is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association. He is also a director of the Health Services Authority and Central Planning Authority boards. Jaron is a Notary Public in and for the Cayman Islands.
