Raymond started his career as a tax consultant in KPMG, specialising in the Hong Kong and US individual tax services. He then joined BNP Paribas in the Due Diligence and Regulatory Reform teams assisting in the implementation of AEOI. After that, he joined the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited in the Market & Quantitative Risk team for four years working on regulatory compliance and risk model design projects. In March 2023, Raymond joined Harneys Fiduciary as a Regulatory Reporting Manager.
Raymond graduated from the University of Hong Kong majoring in Risk Management and Finance in 2015. He subsequently obtained professional designations as a Certified Public Account (CPA) issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) in 2018 and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) issued by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2021.
