Vitor is a corporate services executive in our São Paulo office who focuses on tax planning, corporate restructuring, and trust and corporate services. He is a law graduate from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has developed solid expertise across tax, corporate, and private wealth matters.

He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he focused on tax planning and corporate restructuring for both individuals and legal entities. His responsibilities included the preparation and review of ancillary tax obligations such as Annual Adjustment Declarations and Declarations of Brazilian Capital Abroad (DCBE), as well as the calculation of taxes subject to monthly withholding, including capital gains and tax on net gain.

Vitor went on to gain specialised experience in judicial litigation within tax law, alongside administrative advisory work that involved drafting legal opinions and conducting in-depth jurisprudential and doctrinal research.

Since joining Harneys Fiduciary, he has supported clients with the design and implementation of offshore solutions tailored to both corporate and individual needs. He is fluent in both Portuguese and English, enabling him to work with clients across local and international markets.
