Zoe has 20 years of experience in the trust sector, having worked extensively in the UK before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2010. She qualified as a UK solicitor in 2007 (non-practising) and began her career advising UK families on private client matters. Since moving to Cayman, she has worked closely with international families selecting the jurisdiction for their trust structures, with a primary focus on North American and Caribbean clients.
She has worked across a broad range of trust company environments, from a global Canadian bank-owned trust company to a family office-owned trust company, which she established in 2015. In 2022, she oversaw the sale and transition of that business to an independently owned trust company. She has served as a director of a regulated trust company for nine years and has experience across all aspects of trust company set-up and management, including regulatory filings, trust administration, new business take-on, and governance.
Zoe joined us in January 2026. She holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation and the Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
