Harneys Fiduciary announces new Chief Human Resources Officer

Based in the British Virgin Islands office, Emma is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the company’s overall business plan and strategic direction. Emma previously held a number of HR lead positions and has a range of experience across a variety of business areas and teams, delivering practical and collaborative HR support. She has over 17 years of experience in HR, policy, project management, law enforcement, disaster management, and business continuity. Originally from the United Kingdom, Emma has spent the majority of her career working between the BVI, Guernsey, and Indonesia.
